As a Business Analyst at RateMyAgent we’re the bridge to the gap between business and the delivery team. We do this by gathering and documenting requirements, analysing and questioning behavioural aspects of designs, understanding and answering all questions related to your product and pushing for successful deliveries.
We’re an energetic, outspoken group of people and our goal is to investigate, facilitate, mediate, champion process and deliver solutions that meet the need of our customers and drive business value.

Quality Assurance is all about ensuring that we continue to deliver the products of the highest quality for our users in a timely manner.
This is achieved through by integrating with the delivery team as well as by using the most appropriate tools and strategies to test each and every aspect of our products. We are looking for passionate individuals who’re always eager to learn new things.
Ownership and empowerment are two of the main focuses the Customer Experience teams live and breathe on a daily basis. We have three core teams; Account Management, Customer Support, and Appointment Setting, however we are really one big team that helps each other out when needed.
With a work hard, play hard mentality our teams respond to over 500 support tickets, 400 account management tickets and set over 150 meetings in a week. So variety and continuous learning are a part of our everyday.
As the faces of the business who see a variety of customers, no day is the same as a sales hunter and gatherer at RateMyAgent. We get to look after customers that have been using us for years, to those that are yet to discover the wonders of our suite of digital marketing tools, we’re passionate about building meaningful and lasting relationships. The ultimate goal for RateMyAgent's Product team is growing RMA’s customer base. The team works collaboratively with the Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Support, UX and Design teams to develop, deliver and continuously improve RateMyAgent’s digital products.
The Product department is accountable for identifying customer needs, implementing the latest technology to improve products, developing strategies to meet customer demands, monitoring the progress of new products and working with other departments, to develop a product roadmap and metrics tied to that strategy, to deliver on RMA’s vision.
